Simple answer is you don't if you can do the hRecipe formatting in the background so Google can pick up your recipes in the format they demand. OR if you aren't interested in getting a rating or photo in Google's results pages.
However, if you DO want that, EasyRecipe is a cut and paste way to get it all.
Once you save your post as a draft, click the View Post link at the top of the page, then click anywhere inside the recipe. The live formatting window will appear.
You can change just about everything here and you'll see your changes live in the recipe.
Nothing will change until you click save, so you can play around with your formatting as much as you like until you get it exactly how you want it.
Use the [url]…[/url] shortcode.
[url]…[/url] is exactly like the <a>…</a> HTML tag.
[url href="http://www.otherdomain.com"]This is a link to "otherdomain.com"[/url]
You can use anything inside the [url] tag that you can use inside an <a> tag. For example:
[url href="http://www.otherdomain.com" target="_blank"]This is a link to "otherdomain.com"[/url]
Use the [img] shortcode. [img] is exactly like the <img> HTML tag.
[img src= "http://www.mydomain.com/images/myimage.jpg" width="200" height="200" /]
You can use anything inside the [img] shortcode tag that you can use inside an <img> tag.
[img style= "left-margin:50px" src="http://www.mydomain.com/images/myimage.jpg" width="200" height="200" /]
