We work hard so you’ll never need us but we can’t control what other plugin and theme designers do so *sometimes* you’re going to need some assistance.  There are a couple of ways to get some help.

1. Check our knowledge base for answers to frequently asked questions and maybe you’ll find an instant solution.
2. Submit a support ticket and we’ll answer you as quickly as we can.  Please understand that it’s just the two of us and we really need to sleep a few hours a night.  While one of us speaks Yank, we’re in Australia so our time might not be your time.
